While we want every order to be perfect, mistakes can happen occasionally. We can offer reproductions and refunds for your orders if there are order mistakes. If you are submitting a reproduction or refund request, please include photo evidence of your product in your order.

Cases where we cover the Reprinting cost (Reproductions) or Refunding:

• Faulty printing: In the event of issues such as blurry printing, color loss, or distortion not in line with the designed sample, …
• Spelling errors on the shirt: If there are any spelling errors on the product, we will take responsibility and assist with exchanges or returns.
• Incorrect color delivery: If the product is delivered in a different color from the placed order, customers have the right to request an exchange at no additional cost.
• Strange color stains on the shirt: If there are any issues related to unwanted color stains on the product, we will accept exchanges.
• Other errors originating from our products or services: We will review and resolve any other error cases originating from our products or store services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• The product in your order is broken or damaged during transit.
• You receive the wrong product in your order.
• The order is lost in transit, and the initial shipping address was correct.

If the goods delivered to you fall under one of the criteria noted above, please follow below steps to request from our customer service:

• You must submit a request for a return within 30 business days after you receive your goods.
• After 14 business days, no return will be accepted. Also, if goods are returned prior to submitting your request, those goods are forfeited.
• Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping labels. We will send you return instructions separately by email.
• You must submit a request for a return within 14 business days after you receive your goods.
• It will take approximately 5-10 business days to process your refund.

Products are designed and manufactured according to customer specifications. Therefore, we cannot accept or support returns in the following cases:

• Incorrect print selection for the product.
• Choosing an inappropriate size for personal needs.

• Orders with Standard Shipping are typically processed and shipped within a day.
• Please note that production time may vary slightly during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Time:

• Standard Shipping: Delivery generally takes 2-4 business days after the order is shipped.
• Shipping times may vary depending on your location and any potential carrier delays (e.g., weather conditions or holiday surges).
