Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Hobitoto, your satisfaction is our highest priority. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 days after payment is completed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
If you receive a defective product, please refer to our limited product warranty for further assistance.
General Return and Exchange Rules
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase (based on the receipt date). After this period, returns and exchanges can no longer be processed.
For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, with packaging unopened, unused, unmarked, and undamaged.
- Items sold as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set.
- Items explicitly marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable do not qualify for this policy.
- For online orders, return shipping costs are not covered by Hobitoto.
Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected and apply in addition to this policy.
All returns must be sent to Hobitoto in their original condition. Additional charges may apply for ordinary wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly, missing parts, or accidental damage.
If the return or exchange is due to a product quality issue, Hobitoto will cover return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
For personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The determination of the product’s condition and the application of this policy are at Hobitoto‘s sole discretion.

- Requests that do not comply with these terms will not be authorized.
- Returns made without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund, and Hobitoto is not responsible for lost goods.
For authorized returns or exchanges, Hobitoto will provide a prepaid return label. Follow the provided instructions to return the product, ensuring all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and complimentary gifts are included.
Once we receive your return or exchange, we will notify you via email. The item will be inspected, and you will be informed whether your request has been approved or denied based on its condition and Hobitoto‘s policies.
If Approved:
- Exchanges will be processed promptly.
- Refunds will be issued within 1–3 business days to the original payment method. It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared after several days:
- Allow extra time for processing.
- Contact your bank or credit card provider for updates.
